Promises from SKF Company:

1. New customers should pay 20% deposit for the first cooperation, and the balance can be paid on delivery. For old customers who have cooperated for more than one year and have a good reputation, the payment time can be appropriately extended;

2. Return and exchange policy: if there are quality problems with genuine products after ordering, unused materials can be returned and exchanged after verification, and the round-trip shipping costs are borne by the supplier;

3. The supplier shall bear the losses caused by quality problems of genuine materials;

4. If the delivery period is delayed, causing the customer to be unable to deliver on time or stop production, both parties shall negotiate and deal with it until the customer is satisfied.
